Sweet Dumpling squash can be found at your local farmer’s market in October. They are cute and small and super sweet.  You can turn this hearty dish into a robust meal by adding more veggies, such as cauliflower or green beans, to the curried chickpeas. Serve as is or on a bed of whole grains.

These treats are so delicious, sweet, and moist that even "regular" people love them and have no idea that they are free of sugar, oil, and even flour! They're even more special with a cup of warm herbal tea, such as vanilla or peppermint.
