Whether you are an experienced cook or just starting out, our virtual cooking classes provide an opportunity to learn, have fun, and create nutritious meals from the comfort of your own kitchen.

The 2025 Plant-Based Virtual Cooking Series Celebrates


Our 2025 cooking class series features the theme “Farm to Table”, bringing more fresh, local fruits and vegetables to your kitchen. Not only does the “Farm to Table” movement provide you with the most nutrient dense vegetables, it also supports local farmers and reduces “food miles”- the distance food travels to get to you, thereby lowering greenhouse gas emissions and the overall carbon footprint.

Winter Veggie Delights: February's Winter Flavors

Delicata Squash, Millet & Kale Salad with Lemon-Tahini Dressing & Roasted Cherry Tomato Soup


Shelf-stable vegetables like delicata squash and hearty greens like kale are perfect for enjoying during the winter months. Delicata squash, with its sweet, nutty flavor and tender, edible skin, can be stored for weeks in a cool, dry place and is easy to prepare by roasting, stuffing, or adding to soups. Kale, a robust leafy green, thrives in cold weather and retains its nutrients and flavor even after harvesting. Together, these winter-friendly vegetables provide delicious, nutrient-rich options for hearty, seasonal meals.

Tomatoes get their bold color from the antioxidant lycopene which has pain-killer, anti-inflammatory, heart health, glucose control, and anti-cancer properties. We get even more lycopene from tomatoes when we cook them!

In this class, you'll learn to prepare Delicata Squash, Millet & Kale Salad with Lemon-Tahini Dressing, and Roasted Cherry Tomato Soup, celebrating the farm-to-table philosophy with locally-sourced ingredients.

How Do I Sign Up for a Class?

  • Single Class:

    Go right to the scheduler, select your class, and payment will be collected.

    Class Package:

    • Select your desired package

    • Complete purchase

    • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used for sign up.

  • • Select which class you wish to attend

    • Enter your name, email address (use the same email address you used to purchase your class card. This is important).

    • Select the box Redeem Coupon, Package, or Gift Certificate (the email address that you used to purchase the card should automatically populate this field, if not enter your email address.)

    • Select Complete Appointment

    • A class confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

For 2025: Take one cooking class, save with a bundle of 3 or 6, or take them all to immerse yourself in the joy of cooking!

$25 for each class

Package of 3 classes: 10% off = $68

Package of 6 classes: 15% off = $128

Package of all 12 classes: 20% off = $240

*Note: After purchasing a single class OR package, you also need to register for each cooking class you’d like to take.

  • Our interactive cooking classes are not just about following recipes, but about immersing yourself in the process of creating flavorful meals. Although this will be a fun way to learn about new spices and flavor combinations, we will work to keep the recipes simple without too many new or hard to find ingredients. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, you will learn essential cooking skills, techniques, and tips for incorporating more plant-based foods into your daily life. You can take one class or join us for a series, gradually building your knowledge and confidence in the kitchen.

  • Our virtual cooking classes provide not only an opportunity to learn new recipes but also a chance to connect with a community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for healthy eating. Engage with other participants, exchange tips, ask questions, and foster connections while you embark on your culinary adventure. Together, we can inspire and support each other in our plant-based cooking journey.
