Join Dr. Musial and a rotating cast of guest chefs & doctor-cooks for a monthly live Zoom class on Sundays from 5-6:30 pm (recordings available!).
Dive into the delicious world of food and discover how it can contribute to a longer, healthier life. Explore a variety of cuisines from around the globe, all while learning valuable tips for healthy aging. Each class will feature a mini-talk by Dr. Musial, delving into the science behind why certain foods can actually lengthen your "health-span."

Winter Solstice Celebration with Chef Laura
As the shortest day of the year bathes us in darkness, join us on December 15th for a Winter Solstice celebration that ignites your palate and nourishes your soul with flavors of the holiday season! Led by Chef Laura Klein, we'll culminate our longevity series with a special holiday menu, showcasing the top anti-aging foods and practices you can incorporate into your life.
Prepare to savor a feast for the senses:
Chef Laura will craft a culinary journey starting with a Turkish Tomato Red Pepper Soup that is bursting with flavors and Shawarma Carrots loaded with longevity spices and surprise toppings.
She will lead us through the simple process of making Dark Chocolate Covered Blueberries sprinkled with almond dust, a delectable ending to this delicious meal!
The power of gratitude: Discover the surprising link between expressing gratitude and nurturing your most cherished relationships—a key ingredient for both well-being and longevity. Dr. Musial will share simple practices to cultivate gratitude in your kitchen and beyond.

2025 Farm to Table Cooking Classes
The 2025 cooking class series will feature the theme “Farm to Table”, bringing more fresh, local fruits and vegetables to your kitchen. Not only does the “Farm to Table” movement provide you with the most nutrient dense vegetables, it also supports local farmers and reduces “food miles”- the distance food travels to get to you, thereby lowering greenhouse gas emissions and the overall carbon footprint.

How Do I Sign Up for a Class?

Drop-In Class:
Go right to the scheduler, select your class, and payment will be collected.
Package or Single Class Purchase:
• Select your desired package
• Complete purchase
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used for sign up.

• Select which class you wish to attend
• Enter your name, email address (use the same email address you used to purchase your class card. This is important).
• Select the box Redeem Coupon, Package, or Gift Certificate (the email address that you used to purchase the card should automatically populate this field, if not enter your email address.)
• Select Complete Appointment
• A class confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

For 2025: Take one cooking class, save with a bundle of 3 or 6, or take them all to immerse yourself in the joy of cooking!
$25 for December’s class
Note: After purchasing a single class OR package, you also need to register for each cooking class you’d like to take.

Our interactive cooking classes are not just about following recipes, but about immersing yourself in the process of creating flavorful meals. Although this will be a fun way to learn about new spices and flavor combinations, we will work to keep the recipes simple without too many new or hard to find ingredients. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, you will learn essential cooking skills, techniques, and tips for incorporating more plant-based foods into your daily life. You can take one class or join us for a series, gradually building your knowledge and confidence in the kitchen.
