Food for Life is an award-winning nutrition education and cooking class program that helps people improve their health through everyday food choices. The program shares the science of how plant-based nutrition can support disease prevention and long-term wellness — paired with practical, hands-on cooking guidance that makes healthy eating approachable and enjoyable.

At Plant Docs, our Food for Life classes are led by Dr. Janet Limke, a Plant Docs physician and certified Food for Life instructor who brings a compassionate, research-informed approach to teaching “food as medicine.”
