Jumpstart is a 5-week, physician-led virtual program designed to help participants transition toward a whole-food, plant-forward way of eating in a realistic, supportive, and medically grounded way.

Everything you need to get started—and stay consistent

  • Physician-led education, discussion, and Q&A focused on applying plant-based nutrition to real life. Held via Zoom.

  • Learn new ingredients, cooking techniques, and simple ways to make plant-based meals satisfying from your own kitchen.

  • Track the impact of dietary change with guided review of labs that screen for cholesterol, diabetes, fatty liver disease, and inflammation. Lab work cost not included.

  • Learn how to navigate the grocery store with confidence and make choices that support health goals.

  • Simple meditation techniques to support behavior change, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.

  • Resources to get you started and live an active life 

  • A virtual follow-up visit to review lab changes, discuss progress, and map out next health goals.

Optional Lifestyle Telemedicine Add-on:

To enhance your Jumpstart experience, Lifestyle Telemedicine will offer you a personal board-certified physician licensed in your state, who will meet with you 3 times for 30- minutes during the program. This service is designed for participants who take medications for blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol and want additional physician oversight as their health improves. $425 fee

Licensed and Board Certified Physicians provide:

  • Personalized medical review and oversight

  • Safe de-prescribing when appropriate

  • Guidance on lab results and biomarker improvements

  • Medical care fully aligned with the Plant Docs lifestyle-medicine philosophy
