Optional Lifestyle Telemedicine Add-on:
To enhance your Jumpstart experience, Lifestyle Telemedicine will offer you a personal board-certified physician licensed in your state, who will meet with you 3 times for 30- minutes during the program. This service is designed for participants who take medications for blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol and want additional physician oversight as their health improves. $425 fee
Licensed and Board Certified Physicians provide:
Personalized medical review and oversight
Safe de-prescribing when appropriate
Guidance on lab results and biomarker improvements
Medical care fully aligned with the Plant Docs lifestyle-medicine philosophy
