Ingredients
1 avocado, mashed

1/2 cup edamame, cooked and mashed

2 roma tomatoes, cut into 1/4" cubes

Directions
Cook the Edamame: Boil or steam the edamame for 8-10 minutes until tender. Let cool and mash.
Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed edamame, mashed avocado, chopped cilantro, cayenne pepper, diced onion, cumin, minced garlic, salt, pepper, tomato cubes, and lime juice. Blend if you prefer a smoother texture.
