WHAT’S INCLUDED:

This one month program includes 3 remote group educational sessions with our Plant Docs, 2 Virtual "Cooking Together" classes, a virtual Plant Docs consultation after the program to go over your before and after blood work, lots of recipes & resources, and support from all your co-participants! This program will transform your health and change the way you approach eating forever! Feel great about eating foods that nourish and heal.

All classes are remote on Zoom


$350 per person, $300 for second person doing it together.
