Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup blueberries or other berries, frozen or fresh
1 date
¼ cup silken tofu
6 purple grapes or black cherries, frozen or fresh
6 cranberries, frozen
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
¼ teaspoon turmeric
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups baby kale or arugula
2 ounces broccoli sprouts
1 teaspoon Amla powder (ground Indian gooseberry)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more soy milk or water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
