Cancer Fighting Foods Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup blueberries or other berries, frozen or fresh

  • 1 date

  • ¼ cup silken tofu

  • 6 purple grapes or black cherries, frozen or fresh

  • 6 cranberries, frozen

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 cups baby kale or arugula

  • 2 ounces broccoli sprouts

  • 1 teaspoon Amla powder (ground Indian gooseberry)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more soy milk or water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
