Our plant-based program offers a transformative experience, providing you with the tools and knowledge to nourish yourself with the power of nature. Focused on plant-based whole foods, this program will help you cleanse, reset, and revitalize your health. Say goodbye to processed foods and embrace the abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. From tantalizing recipes to expert guidance, our Spring session is an opportunity to embrace the revitalizing energy of spring and embark on a journey towards an energized, vibrant, and healthful life.


WHAT’S INCLUDED:

This one month program includes 3 in-person or remote group sessions with our MD Plant Docs, 2 Zoom "Cooking Together" classes, a virtual Plant Docs consultation after the program to go over the before and after blood work, lots of recipes & resources, and support from all your co-participants! This program will transform your health and change the way you approach eating forever! Feel great about eating foods that nourish and heal.

THE DETAILS:

Mondays | April 28, May 5, 12, 19, 27 | 6-7:30PM

*last session is on Tuesday due to Memorial Day

Classes 1, 3, 5 are in person at Plant City or remote

Classes 2 and 4 are remote

$350 per person, $300 for second person doing it together.
