By making thoughtful choices and adopting healthy eating habits, you can optimize your health and boost your body's ability to fight against cancer.

4 Educational Zoom sessions where you will learn to improve your health by enjoying healing, nutritious, whole food plant-based nutrition, with a focus on foods with cancer-fighting attributes. Before each class, you’ll receive a simple and delicious recipe that we will cook together virtually.
