Foods to Fight Cancer


A 4-week program created and run by plant-based MDs to guide and support you in your journey to improve your health by enjoying healing, nutritious, whole food plant-based nutrition, with a focus on foods with cancer-fighting attributes.

Each week we will learn about a group of foods that have been shown to help fight cancer: cruciferous vegetables, sprouts & leafy greens, whole grains & fiber, plant-based protein including beans and tofu, mushrooms/garlic/onions, and anti-oxidant-rich fruits.

Then, we will Cook Together - you in your kitchen and me in my kitchen, guiding your through a simple recipe step-by-step, answering questions as we go. (or you can just watch...) I will provide several recipes each week.
